The following are the services that we provide :-
Interior Design Consultancy
We provide complete design and consultancy services where we play only an advisory role to a client without involving any on-site or actual construction and delivery of works. Where required detail drawings and perspectives complete with material boards will be prepared accordingly.
Turnkey Projects
This is when we undertake a complete project where we act as Design & Build Consultants and undertake the complete works involved until final delivery to clients. We design and build to specific requirements form both the exteriors to the interiors to the soft furnishings and even to the final finishes like paintings, rugs, lightings, antiques and art pieces, etc. We appoint contractors and manage the site accordingly. No detail is spared and clients can literally move in with their clothing.
A & A Extensions & Rebuilding Works
This will include all and any additions and alterations to properties like adding floors, etc. In this instance our Architects and Engineers play an integral role with the necessary drawings, submissions and applying for permits with the relevant authorities.
